Latest oil containment effort falters

BP technicians have hit a snag in their latest attempt to stop oil rushing into the Gulf of Mexico as they try to guide a skinny 1.6-kilometre-long tube into the gusher to siphon the oil to the surface, U.S. Interior Secretary Ken Salazar said Saturday.
