RCMP in rural Manitoba are investigating a disturbing case of animal cruelty after discovering a drowned dog with a boulder attached to its leash and collar.

    There are a lot of very sick people in this world.

    Who everdid this needs some serious mental help after I kick him in the groin.

    Fucking savages who'd do something as cruel and cowardly as this don't deserve the protection of the law and should be subjected to the most painful vigilante justice that animal lovers can meet out.

    Yeah, with him 11 feet in the air, 10 feet of rope, one end tied to the boulder the other tied to his gonads. I'll gladly give the SOB the push!
