Canada's western justice ministers are concerned that some changes proposed for the Youth Criminal Justice Act could endanger the public.

    What's going on, I thought the Reformacons were tough on crime? What DeJong is complaining about sounds more like something proposed by the NDP.

    I just want people to make changes that show youth that they can't get away with unspeakable criminal acts. In other words, you rape or kill someone, your name gets put out there, you do time and face some harsh measures.
