The Duchess of York has been filmed offering to sell access to ex-husband Prince Andrew for �500,000 ($723,000), a newspaper has claimed.

    -What is interesting is that when we speak of nobility these days in a Republican sense (for lack of a better word) we mean a person who is good, kind, honest, self sacrificing and that sort of thing.

    In the old days nobility simply meant the class you were born in. One could of the Nobility how you behaves was irrelevant.

    The Duchess of York is definitely Noble.
