Body in concrete found in Toronto harbour

Police say they "have a good idea" of the identity of a body found encased in concrete in a steel barrel pulled from the Toronto harbour Sunday afternoon.

WTF? Sherlock.. I don't know of any natural causes that encase you in concrete and dump you in a lake.
