A piece of Canadian history landed in Calgary on Tuesday. The Mynarski Memorial Lancaster, a WWII bomber, touched down as part of its cross-Canada tour.

    It flew over my house the other day when it took off for Winnipeg.

    I've seen it flying a few times before and have also seen the only other flying Lancaster do a fly-by at The Farnborough International Airshow in England.

    I was annoyed that it wasn't flying in Hamilton on fathers day!

    When I was at the Canadian Open a few years ago, it did a low pass over the course. Massive beast!!
