No wonder we're the left coast. Let's put a retractable roof on the stadium, dude, but we can only close it when we don't need it. I believe under high snowloads, such as forecast for this year, the roof has to be opened because it can't handle the load.

Good.

Other than the fact it's costing us half a billion dollars, football of both ilks should be played in the elements.......... not in air conditioned luxury.

But having said that, this in no way shape or form should exhonerate the imbeciles at the Provincial Legislature who thought the roof idea up, along with the one of having the Province run favorite city, sports facilites.
