Saw this on one of the National news shows last night.....great story! Probably a better and cheaper way to get the money to groups that need it too. Before the politicians take their commissions..........

The politicians take their commissions in the form of profits from the lottery corps, since those are not private, for profit companies. It's just a voluntary tax.
