UN meets as South Korea plans live-fire drill

The UN Security Council met Sunday to debate the rising tensions between the two Koreas, while South Korea said it will proceed with live-fire drills on Yeonpyeong island, which North Korea shelled last month.

    No, they won't. The South won't risk a massive war, casualties and refugees with the North in its currnet state, and North Korea's regime has a good thing going right now.
