Sweeping governance reform passes at Canadian Soccer special meeting

B.C. Soccer president Charlie Cuzzetto hailed Saturday as "a watershed moment," as the Canadian Soccer Association membership voted for sweeping governance reform at a special general meeting in Ottawa.
