Clara Hughes talks about her battle with depression

We all know who Clara Hughes is. She's one of the darlings of Canadian sport. Her exploits in the Summer and Winter Olympics have made her legendary. Her charity work for organizations such as Right to Play have made her beloved.

Bravo. Clara is a very corageous young lady. It takes a lot a lot og guts to fight depression and it takes a lot more guts to come forward and publicly admit it. The social stigma again folks suffering from this is unfortunatly alive and well. Clara Hughes by standing up and discussing this very admirable and an inspiration to others.
