A suggestion that last year's Winter Olympics in Vancouver lacked French content because of a Quebec nationalist hero has gotten a chilly response from sovereigntists.

Wow, this article only stirs up even more contempt for the French seperatist idiots. So what if there wasn't "enough" French in the Vancouver Olympics?

Have you noticed how English is the lingua franca of the modern world? If the Olympics are hosted in Japan, the ceremonies are held in Japanese and English. If in Italy, then Italian and English. If in Vancouver, then in English.

These Quebecois have gotten too used to everone kissing their butts and walking on eggshells for fear of insulting them, when they only want to destroy the country anyways.

Oh, and Giles Vigneault, you can keep you crappy Quebec song. We don't want any thing by a seperatist spoiling our beautiful flag and everything it stands for, you jackass.

The article doesn't mention that French and English are the official languages of the IOC. The Francophones may have a legitimate point.
