The moon isn't the only hunk of space rock that has been travelling around the sun alongside the Earth for ages.

Arrrrg! I hate science 'reporters' sometimes. It's an asteroid, sharing the same orbit as the Earth. It doesn't orbit the Earth, therefore it's not a 'moon'!

I'm excited about the Dawn mission - the images of Vesta are amazing.
I'm even more excited about the New Horizons mission to Pluto - which now has four moons!
