A saucy sign touting the Edmonton Eskimos and erected on Calgary turf was vandalized Friday outside McMahon Stadium.
Calgary cops are investigating the crime
Someone needs to tell Canadians that these indigenous peoples have been in Canada - or, to be more precise, what is now Canada - for far longer than they have.

I'm sorry was the brilliant mind in Edmonton who erected the billboard seriously the billboard to remain unscathed? If I were the cops I would've told the billboard company when they called to report the vandalism that they'll get right on it and then place the report in a drawer.
The board depicted an Edmonton Eskimos fan riding a Calgary Stampeder fans back like a horse and originally read EE-Hawwww! See you Monday Stamps fans.

Well that's just pure class.
It must suck, taking everything in life so seriously.
You know, it's just a game, right? The Edmonton/Calgary rivalry goes back to inter city LaCross games back in the the 1800's. The Labour day football game goes back almost 50 years. And Calgary Stampeders and Saskachewan Roughriders organizations do the same thing before Edmonton games, and people take it for what it is - a friendly poke in the ribs!

I'm glad we don't take sports so seriously in Vancouver.
