AFP: New Jersey to host F1 Grand Prix in 2013

The United States will host two Grand Prix' from 2013 as the state of New Jersey will put on the Grand Prix of America, New Jersey governor Chris Christie announced on Tuesday.

I think three weeks in Montreal and the NYC area would make a good summer vacation.

Definitely a good couple weeks! People can also get certified as a track worker, and get the second best seat in the house - for free!

Novice turn marshals would have a hard time getting enough experience in less than two years (especially for street race), but medics, firefighters, and crane and kubota operators get training that can get them in the first year.

As said above, it can be the best seat in the house!

Talking with my sister in Montreal today, there is some fear the NJ race might REPLACE Montreal...

Sad if true.
