Soldier shot during dispute at CFB Shilo

A soldier was shot during an altercation early Sunday with another member of the Canadian Forces at CFB Shilo in western Manitoba.

Master Cpl. Clarence Stillman, who is posted to CFB Shilo, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, four counts of careless use of a firearm, four counts of pointing a firearm and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
