British Airways apologises to passengers stuck on planes at Heathrow and to others unable to get their luggage as the snow sees hundreds of flights delayed and cancelled.

When you are prepared for 0 cm the 2 to 4 is a lot.
One of my worst flights ever was with BA and that was two months ago. I have moved them to the last resort list.
