Reports of a shooting at Boston�s Massachusetts Institute of Technology sparked a campus-wide alert Thursday night, with the city already on edge after the marathon bombings earlier in the week.

    Found this link on the CTV site. Not much info there yet, as of the time I posted this. Have CNN on and they have said a police officer has been shot and that the FBI is already on the scene.

    This seems to be a separate event from MIT, occurring in Watertown, a Boston Suburb.

    If the reports of grenades and fully-automatic weapons are correct, it's either a gang leader or a terrorist cell.

    Have CNN on right now. Live coverage. They just showed the suspect on the ground and everyone being ordered back away from him... There is talk about grenades, an explosion... holy crap.

    Now CNN is reporting that one of the suspects in tonight's incident matches the description of one of the FBI's bombing suspects. Though "Skinny White Guy" describes approximately a third of New England.

    2 suspects in custody now in Watertown. God... I hope there is a direct link to the bombings and that these are the 2 bastards they've been looking for.

    I don't think the FBI would be involved if it were 'just a random car jacking go wrong'.

    There MUST be a relation. GOOD!!!

    What I don't get is why they stayed at campus (if they are the same persons). They had a few days to leave...
