Rob Ford really is a walking headline isn't he?

It's a good thing he's helping to reintegrate criminals back into society cause that should help him with the left wing voters in TO especially since they`re into prison being for rehabilitation not punishment.

Or it could just be a case of being careful of what you wish for.
