I do champion her right to abortion on demand within reasonable limits. It's like the right of free speech - you may not like what the person says, but defend their right to say it. I seem to recall some American saying something profound about the fright for rights being about where that makes us uncomfortable, not where we're already OK with it - forget the exact quote.

Plenty of women having abortion as a form of birth control or other spurious reasons. Unless you want to re-establish some sort of inquisition board to deem reasons for abortion valid, you have to live with this.
