Brazen dog-napping of 10-month-old French bulldog from Vancouver Tattoo shop

Police are investigating after a woman allegedly entered a downtown Vancouver tattoo shop on Thursday, picked up a staff member�s dog, and casually sauntered toward the door, then suddenly ran outside and into a waiting car that took off down the street.
