The Conservative government will have to go "back to the drawing board" on its cyberbullying and digital privacy legislation following Friday's Supreme Court decision, the head of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association says.

    The 'open and transparent' government seems to have some fixation on warantless powers of information retrieval for the police. The keep introducing this BS and it keeps getting shot down. Take the hint!
