I don't know if this is the complete story or not but, if it is the whole, true story, the employee involved should first off be fired on the spot then at the very least made to apologize to Victoria face to face.....after that I'd personally like to very, very slowly hang the SOB by the balls, which he probably doesn't have!!

This is a child we're talking about FFS and this asshole has probably scarred her worse than any dog bite ever did.

Fuck firing him, first he should be taken out behind the woodshed and have some sense beaten into that thick empty skull of his and then, they can fire him. As for the patrons that complained, I hope that one day they get to walk that mile in this childs shoes so they can learn what kind of pain, suffering and now shame she's enduring.

And a big "Fuck You" to McBloats for offering the girl and her family a picnic. A couple of hundred bucks worth of greasy chicken and fries in the hopes that this family doesn't sue isn't exactly what I'd call proper compensation. Maybe they could get some of their foreign workers to serve the picnic to just to make it right.

You should have maybe read a bit more of the story, it also may not be much but they are also offering $30,000 US towards her medical bills. Yeah, I know, for a multi $$$$ outfit like KFC it's just a drop in the chicken bucket but.....

I read it but it didn't register. I, for some odd reason thought that they donated to a charity and not the young lady in question. So, I guess maybe they aren't as heartless as I thought but still, it seems like small potatoes when it comes to compensation, especially when you compare it to what the family would get if they sued.

Sounds like KFC is doing the right thing. Immediate apology and restitution and an investigation. Can't fault them for an employees ignorance really.

Still, have to wonder what the hell was going though that person's mind. I can't imagine treating an ault that way let alone a small child. Simply disgusting.

KFC corp is covering their ass, as the negative publicity from this has the possibility of costing them more than 30 K.....methinks that there may be some staff turn over at that franchise if the owner has half a brain.

Just another one of those "skilled" employees who thinks he deserves 15 bucks an hour.

    Can his dumb ass.

The customers who complained about being "disrupted" by this little girl's presence should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. FFS people!

I hope Victoria receives some extra support in dealing with this set-back on her road to recovery.

What bothers me as much as the jerk employee are the other customers who complained to KFC that it was "disturbing" to eat next to this little girl.

I find that equally disgusting. If I was sitting next them them I would likely have paid for their order.

If I was there and heard some jerk complain about his little girls condtion I would have said something quite unpleasant to them.

God bless her and her folks.

Honestly, it's KFC. The food is more disturbing than that little girls face is.

Disruptive is a term for someone behavior, not their face.

The customers are the bigger dicks for putting the KFC employees in this position and to those customers Karma is a Bitch!!!!!!!!!

KFC did the right thing. I can't even imagine the pain and trauma the little girl and her family went through, and to have some insensitive boor add to that?... unthinkable.

The little girl's horrific injuries resulted from her grandfather's pit bulls attacking her.

Just another incident to add to the many incidents that show that the breed should be eradicated.
