    Let the lawsuit settle it. If it's true what they say, there's no need for that and the guards should face consequences.

    Sure. They shouldn't profit from this. Why does the article mention no criminal investigation - I'd rather see that than these guys getting any money. Certainly the victims would be eligible to sue these guys if they do get any money, I would think.
