What does a grandmother give her grandson on his 32nd birthday? If it's the Queen and Prince William, try an $11-million helicopter.

    The Queen only uses tax money on official events. The Royal Family has plenty of cash of their own that didn't originate from the taxpayer.

    But I guess bitching about it is easier than fact checking.
