5 Yukon River Quest boats swamped by high waves

Five boats in the Yukon River Quest race got into trouble early on in Lake Laberge, where paddlers faced high waves and white caps. 'Everybody agrees that the lake was a real character builder.'

My friends did this race 10 times, 7 years as Team Blazing Paddles and the last 3 years as Lazin Paddles. lol

During the 10th race and after 2 days of pouring rain they decided to call it good before the Gremlins became a factor.
