No it wasn't. It was a nutjob who went off the rails. Mulcair may be wrong most of the time, but not in this case. Terrorism is a label that needs to be properly applied. In this case it hasn't been. This was a temper tantrum, not terrorism.
It was an act of terror from an ideological sect that specifically demands terror against the specific representative group attacked that day. Representatives of the sect of orthodoxy he chose to follow specifically demand terror to this day.
