Crystal meth, crack, found with baby in stroller; Edmonton woman charged

Police have charged an Edmonton woman after they say they found street drugs beside her baby in a stroller. Officers were responding to a shoplifting call involving a woman with a stroller in the downtown City Centre Mall.
