MEXICO CITY (AP) Mexico mounted an all-out manhunt Sunday for its most powerful drug lord, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, who escaped from a maximum security prison through a 1.5-kilometer (1 mile) tunnel from a small opening in the shower area of his cell,
Well it's official good old Juan is batting 2 for 2. No wonder the Americans wanted him extradited to the US. They knew that it was only a matter of time till he escaped (or as really happened was let out by corrupt Mexican officials)
My guess is that if they ever catch him again which is doubtful he'll do a year or so and then be quietly allowed to escape, again. Although since consistency is good it's nice to see that the Mexican Justice System hasn't improved at all in over half a century.

Corruption works both ways.
If the DEA gets him first, they'll kill him and pay hush money.
Corruption works both ways.
But if the ATF gets him first they'll give him 2,000 assault weapons and send him back to Mexico.
