"A passenger in Hervey?s car, Arlene Barnum, tells The Associated Press that Hervey swerved and crashed after another vehicle carrying four or five young black men pulled up alongside them, yelling and looking angry. Barnum said Hervey yelled something back at the other vehicle before losing control and crashing.

'It spun like crazy and we flipped, flipped, flipped. It was awful,' she said."

So basically they killed him then? Didn't like his flag so they killed him. It it was a Rainbow flag this would be front page everywhere.

They killed him and they'll get away with it, too.

Black lives matter when they're taken by fellow blacks.

In the PC scheme of things this man wasn't an 'authentic black man' because he wasn't parroting the party line so that makes it okay to kill him.

Looks like he lost control. To say the other guys in the car "killed him" stretches the definition of killing a little too far. They certainly contributed to the situation and should be charged with something, not exactly sure what, perhaps something to do with Road Rage or something. Having people harassing each other while driving certainly should have some sort legal recourse.

Criminal harassment, dangerous driving causing death, involuntary manslaughter etc. Lots of options out there for police to charge these animals. But the question is will they?

Pulling up and yelling and looking angry at another car is not dangerous driving causing death. He probably lost control because he became so agitated when he yelled back at them he didn't pay attention to his driving. Trying to charge these people with a serious crime is going to be a real stretch, so they probably won't be charged.

    From a local paper:
Mississippi Highway Patrol spokesman Johnny Poulos said the accident took place on Highway 6 near the Pontotoc County line around 11:20 a.m. The two were traveling west in a 2005 Ford Explorer when it left the road and the driver overcorrected and the vehicle flipped.
So if it can be shown that the other vehicle caused him to leave the road, then yes, they should be charged. But it really sounds like he lost control when he shouted back.

I realize it's a stretch for a serious charge to stick, unless there is more to this story than what we know.
