    Right after I posted this story, I got a forced patch notification that my desktop needs to be updated immediately. ;) Whatever it is, it's serious!

    It's a vulnerability in Adobe Type Fonts. Nasty, but easy to mitigate:

    We're pretty soon moving to Adobe as a virtual service and that will close those vulnerabilities permanently.
