MONTREAL � A Federal Court judge has ordered a new review of a Quebec prisoner�s grievance over access to TV channels showing late-night pornography.

    Absolutely not. What a suggestion!

    They probably shouldn't be allowed to watch TV. If they can't read, teach them to read, then force them to read every work about ethical behaviour ever written in English, if they need entertainment

    Porn? That just reinforces what they probably already are..
