    thickness is only one of the parameters to look at. There is little to no information on the lateral continuity of the zone, it could be very localized and if it isn't continuous it wouldn't be all that impressive.

    If it is continuous then I would say we have a winner. It would likely be lighter sweet crude similar to the API of other Middle Eastern reservoirs which means less refining and 'easier' recovery.

    Whatever happened with those natural gas reserves they thought they might have found off the coast, I wonder. Those were interesting too.

    My worry is the Obama government seems intent on giving Israel freedom Iranian Ayatollah style.

    it's real reason is to punish both the US and Russia, but the Saudi's are starting to buckle, they can't afford this price for much longer and there are serious rumblings among the other OPEC members.
