Suspect arrested after 5 million bees stolen in Quebec; bees remain missing

A second man has been arrested in the theft of five million bees in Quebec. Provincial police say the 43-year-old suspect surrendered to police on Friday in Joliette, about 50 kilometres north of Montreal.
