It was the second time a six-year-old was shot in Philadelphia this week -- another 6-year-old, a girl, was struck in the arm Tuesday

    Sounds like a lovely area in which to raise children. Sadly, it's probably not unlike many other places where irresponsible criminals engaging in their own battles put innocent people at risk.
