My first reaction is to label this guy a complete F moron, but in his position I guess he had to come up with some ecxcuse no matter how pathetic.

The cat should also be careful not to be caught on the series "To Catch a Predator". The cat would walk into a room have have to explain to the reports that that the mouse he brought was simply thank you to a young girl who could be beyond his reputation that he is just a friendly cat bringing some somebody nice to rub up against before he gets arrested.

Which brings up another question how do you hand cuff a cat. I guess you would get miniature handcuffs and handcuff his front and back paws together.

At the trial itself those cute little eyes will create a very sympathetic impression on the jury. The cat's male accomplice will be the only evidence that the state will have and I doubt that his testimony will out way the cats cute eyes.

It might even be possible that the cat will be acquitted, in which case he could sue this former owner, the media or perhaps President Obama will step in and have a bear fest over at the white house, the cat opting for milk and everything will be forgiven.
